These last couple of days I found myself thinking what I’d like to learn this year. What are my baking goals?

I wanted to say “I want to make pretty macarons” but a voice deep down inside me whispered  ”forget about those fancy treats, learn how to make sourdough bread”

I took a pen and paper and started writing down what types of bread I’d like to try this year. (some are not bread per-se but bare with me) and since we’re talking bread I though it would be nice if I make a round up of some of the bread recipes I’ve already shared and I get lots of requests for.

Without too much ado I give you 20 bread recipes and 20 more on my  bucket list. (recipes are absolutely in no specific order)

As soon as I’m done here, I’m heading up to the pull-apart herb cheese bread and hamburger buns. Especially because I GOT MY KING ARTHUR FLOUR KIT!!! I’m so, so excited to see if the stuff’s as good as everyone says. I figure if I can make good bread with it, it’s magical.

I can’t wait to see your posts on baguettes and sandwich bread. :)

Your breads are beautiful! Yeast and I have a difficult relationship. For a long time I was definately intimidated. Now with practice, I am beginning to win the power struggle. My success list is much shorter than yours. Your Pull Apart recipe will be next. Thanks!

I think you need a container larger than a bucket for all of these. They all look amazing and I want a bite of each one.

You have such an enviable bread repertoire–I can’t imagine you not being able to cross everything off your list. I’ve done a couple of them but there are several that are on my to-do, too (and I haven’t done most on your already-accomplished list). Looking forward to your next roundup including all of these waiting for the Roxana touch. You’ve captured all your breads so beautifully on camera.

Since we’re talking about bread, shouldn’t it be your “Basket List?” *insert rolling eyes here* I’m sorry; I couldn’t help myself. ;) They all look delish – super job on the photos! I think I’m going to have to start with the Cottage Cheese Rolls.
Thanks so much! :)

The steakhouse bred looks so tasty! Home made bread is absolutely the best there is. But normally it takes a lot of time to prepare. That’s a shame.
