The fun part of home-schooling is that we can do it anytime anywhere.

What can be better on a hot summer day than some ice-cream?
After trying lots some of the flavors from the local ice-cream shops I stumbled upon the limited edition of Häagen-Dazs® Ice-cream.
The first one I tried was Salted Caramel Truffle (the name says it all! Addictive!) followed by Coconut Macaroon (coconut ice-cream with bites of coconut macaroon cookies, oh my!)
Shortly after some Blueberry Crumble (blueberry ice-cream blended with buttery crust) and Spiced Caramel Biscuit (speculoos biscuits crumbled into caramel ice-cream. prepare to be blown away!) made their way into my shopping cart.
