I have a problem, a serious one.
Every time I read my friends blog I crave their delicious treats, may them be baked or not, sweet or savory. I have a long, and I really mean long, list of bookmarks, all organized in folders : breads, cakes, cookies, savory you get the point.
Sometime I save them on Pinterest to make sure I don’t forget about them. Sometimes Pinterest is not working and I’m going back to my long list of bookmarked recipes.
I’ve decided to share my favorite recipes with you on every Monday
If you have a recipe you bookmarked or shared a recipe that was mind-blowing, please feel free to share it with me using the linky tool (hopefully it’s working).
Here’s my selection for today.
Cranberry ginger upside down cake from Jeanette’s Healthy Living
I love baking with cranberries and this gingery cake with the fresh cranberries buried in it looks like a great addition to the Thanksgiving dinner. It’s also gluten and dairy free, making it not so heavy on your belly after all that turkey and gravy.
Speaking of fresh cranberry I love these Cranberry apple walnut crumb bars from The Mom Chef. They may be a great snack after playing in the park and are so easy to make, the food processor doing most of the work. Don’t you just love this type of directions?
Keeping the easy recipes theme, my friend Liz from That Skinny Chick can Bake made these amazing Raspberry cream scones. I don’t think there’s something better than waking up in the morning to the smell of freshly baked goods and scones are so easy to put together and bake in under 20 minutes.
If you’re more of a muffin lover then maybe these Banana coconut muffins from She’s cooking might tempt you. I tried before this combo and fell in love with it. The moment I saw these muffins they went on my “to bake asap” list.
With just a couple of weeks away from Christmas I’m on the look out for great cookies, like these Green tea and white chocolate chip cookies from Just one cookbook. A dozen of these nicely wrapped and you have a great homemade gift idea.
Leaving aside my problem of bookmarking lots of recipe I have a problem not finding Pumpkin Spice Hershey’s Kisses so I can make these Chai pumpkin spice thumbprints from Pass the Sushi. They are one of pretties thumbprints cookies I have seen in a while.
This was my selection, now it’s your turn to share what’s making your heart skip a beat these days.

Umm i am thinking I need to make the things on your list. They all sound simply amazing! my next to do recipe is sparking cranberry bites!
I made the Food Librarian's Brown Sugar Bundt Cake not too long ago and that's been on my mind. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of it (we ate it too fast). This is a great idea though. Of course, you ALWAYS have those.
I had already bookmarked a couple of the recipes on your list. Like you, I have a very long bookmarked list and many folders of recipes. So many recipes, and too little time to make them.
I loved the green tea cookies also!! great idea, I am now beginning my blog reading will be back to share a link!!
Roxana, if you like chocolate chip cookies these ones are awesome!! http://ohsheglows.com/2011/09/08/vegan-chocolate-chip-cookies/
I love your idea, but I'm a little confused. When I clicked on "click here to enter" is that some kind of subscription where I should fill out with my information, or is that a form to fill out about the recipe I chose? I'd love to participate!
Roxana I add my link but Im not sure was fine because I cant see the image, will see later! thanks gloria
I LOVE this! What a great idea! I always like to see what's caught other bloggers attention and your personal likes and favorites! This is a terrific series!
Great idea… love it.
Roxana, I know how it goes with the really long list
mine is not organized and it changes a lot!
Lovely idea to share your favorites with others since your favorites can be someone's favorites. Thank you for sharing the green tea & white chocolate cookie link.
I need to organize my folders as well…
Now u made me drool and you made my wish list a little bit more longer.
My list is endless, so narrowing it down would be an endless task. Nice tasty set of links here that you chose!
Great feature, Roxana! I should adopt your version of sharing…instead I print them off and have a huge stack of recipes to try. Not so green, am I?
I will be back to link up!!! xo
Thanks for sharing all these great recipes. I definitely know what you mean! My "to-make" list is endless. Loving those Chai spice thumbprint cookies. Great idea.
I'm getting hungry just looking at this list – love the idea (and thanks for including my upside-down cake recipe)!
The Zucchini & Caramlized Onion Galette looks fantastic!
Roxana…nice initiative. I would make one small suggestion: to add a small photo of the recipe you are linking it too. This will excite me a little more ;o)
I'm into cookies…therefore, guess where I'm heading?
Ciao for now,
Claudia
I want to make everything on your list!
Isn't it so inspiring to read other food blog posts?? Actually, I can't get your pumpkin cinnamon rolls off my mind. [sigh]
this looks wonderful lovely post
Pinterest has changed my life! Instead of printing out and stacking every recipe on my counter I can just neatly pin them and have a great place to keep all my recipes in one place. Hooray! I love this idea and look forward to your next post!
