I love Scharffen Berger baking chocolate.
It’s my go-to chocolate bar when a recipe calls for melted chocolate. I fell in love with its rich taste.
Surprisingly I don’t use their cocoa powder as often as I should (mainly because my local grocery doesn’t carry it) but i loved the rich taste it gave to this cake.
I can’t wait to try their cocoa nibs. Stay tuned, I may share with you the recipe.

- Coconut milk or coconut cream
- Sweet potato
- Tapioca or tapioca flour

- Yerba Mate
- Cacao nibs
