Today I have another whole wheat bread for you made with Red Star PLATINUM.

I wasn’t lying when I told you I did a ton of baking with the latest Red Star Yeast before I wrote the review on Monday (you still have time to enter the giveaway if you haven’t yet)

Just like the Nutella filled pumpkin bread I shared yesterday this bread is 100% whole wheat.

Yet it’s light, soft and full of flavor.

I’ve been meaning to make pumpkin challah since last year when I made my first challah but had to wait until the season is right.

You can make a six braid loaf for your Thanksgiving dinner and impress your guests :)

If I were you I’d not wait that long.  There’s nothing in this world as comforting as the smell of freshly baked bread.

Take the loaf when it’s done baking and share it with your loved ones. Toss a salad, a bowl of hearty soup, spread some butter on the warm bread and enjoy!

Hi Roxana, it’s been ages since we’ve not connected…and if it wasn’t that I wanted to comment back to Kim re: her comment, I would not know that you baked such an amazing and beautiful Pumpkin Challah Bread. I’m trying to do more social networking…(still shying away from facebook, just posting my own stuff)…but, I did promote your Challah on pinterest twice. I still remember, when you pinned my Valentine’s cake last year, and I wasn’t even on pinterest at that time. I missed your blog, and all the fabulous things you’ve baked!
Great guest post, from two talented and lovely ladies! Hugs,
